  <description><![CDATA[<P><FONT size=4>Their follow-up calls.&nbsp;&nbsp; Here's an example of a telephone conversation I had recently:</FONT></P> <P><FONT size=4>Caller:&nbsp; Our records show that you spoke with one of our representatives at XYZ branch recently&nbsp; On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being very satisfied, how would you rate your dealing with that representative?</FONT></P> <P><FONT size=4>Me:&nbsp; I'd give it an 11 because I was extremely satisfied.</FONT></P> <P><FONT size=4>Caller:&nbsp; Er...hmmm...sorry ma'am, our computer is programmed to take only a 10.</FONT></P> <P><FONT size=4>Me:&nbsp; Well...make that a 10 then.</FONT></P>
