There is nothing as good as a fresh baked Atlantic Lobster that is served up with garlic butter on a warm summer day. To make this delectable dish you need to start with the freshest Lobsters you can find.
2 lobsters, 1.25 – 1.50 lbs in size
4 tablespoons of butter
1 clove of garlic, minced
Salt and Pepper
How to Cook Baked Atlantic Lobster:
Boil Atlantic lobsters for 11 – 12 minutes.
Remove lobster from boiling water.
Cut the lobster tail lengthwise on its soft side.
Add the butter, garlic, salt and pepper mixture.
Broil the lobster for 3 – 4 minutes.
