Raised beds

Need ideas for possible sources of filler for about 3' deep in a 5X8 or 10' long raised bed. Getting yard waste from others here is impossible as is offering to buy manure for $30/pickup load. There's only so many trees with leaves! lol

Patience and time. Unless you know have a spot in your yard that you want leveled and you know someone with a scoop.

Time I have - patience not as much!   I'd found a cool idea for raised beds with a frame and using metal roofing sheets for the sides...but that's a lot of fill needed!

Put out a sign that you are looking for top soil, you would be amazed how many people are trying to get rid of extra dirt
