There are 67 days left until Christmas. Have you started your Christmas shopping yet? Are you excited about the holidays this year, even with the way the economy is?

Last year my holiday season was horrible. I was able to give my children an okay holiday thanks to people in my community helping me out. I swore I wasn't going to go through another year like that one. I started finding deals immediately after Christmas. Right now I have a closet full of presents. I am excited not to have the pressure of the holidays on my shoulders---I'll save that pressure for other things--like heat!!

How are you getting along with the holidays coming up?

This will be our first Christmas that we can`t buy much. Our kids are all older now so they understand. We are going to do our best. The Grandkids will be the ones that we really concentrate on.

I haven't even started my Christmas shopping yet. I am one of those last minute shoppers. I will say that this year the children will be getting less than they have in past years because our budget is so tight.

My Christmas shopping list gets shorter every year.  I no longer go all out to buy gifts.  I limit myself to family.  I also just give cash to god sons and god daughters, and thank goodness I don't have very many.

I am very excited about christmas this year, I am going to England to visit my family. I have not seen most of them for about three years so it will be very tearful I am sure.

I've started!  I start on Dec 26 th...   I love finding deals online and in stores.
Christmas is my second favorite holiday- I love it because it's a family holiday - we spend it with family.  Thanksgiving is my first favorite-- as it's with family and we talk about what we are thankful for.

I wish my closest was full of stuff ... it's getting there. I do have my list together!  that is a plus right.

I'm so glad your Christmas will be better this year!
